A core team is a team of people, within a Calgary Alliance member organization, that is focused on how to apply the practices of community organizing within their organization. Their purpose is to:
- Strengthen their organization and its mission.
- To connect the member organization to the work of the broader alliance.
- To maintain the membership, including dues, of the member organization.
Below is a copy of the Core Team Handbook that the Calgary Alliance published in 2021 to help with the organizing and growth of core teams.
